Interclub Competition

In a change of plan, Welland Valley are  organising the 25 mile interclub time trail competition this year. It’s on Sun 15th June  with an early morning start from Walcote village hall on a new course – how exciting. A bit of friendly rivalry between local clubs can stiffen the sinews and gird the loins so sign up and accept the challenge. There are  women’s and men’s competitions and we aim to win both trophies!

We need help with the organisation too. Probably because the event was a late addition to the calendar, we don’t yet have enough red flag marshals and we also need someone organising refreshments and a pusher off. If you haven’t yet signed up on our volunteer rota, and particularly if you are a time trialist, please sign up and lend a hand if you possibly can.
