Blast from the Past

Aldo Graziano has kindly sent us a couple of photos he took back in the 1990s. He’s pretty sure it’s Frank Taylor on the trike and believes it could be Vic Barnet on the bike. I’m sure there are plenty of club members who will know for sure.  Does anyone recognise the location?  Is it Harborough?
