Don’t miss out on an early CX Racing opportunity!
Don’t forget that a key part of Ride or Race for Rosemary on 27th August involves a technical ‘cross course at Misterton, and there will be racing opportunities for Whizz Kids and grown-ups!
Devised by Coach and CX ‘mover and shaker’ Kevin Mills, Whizz Kids get the chance to test their skills in races.
Whizz Kids will be run at Misterton, starting as per usual at 2pm. Check your emails for the sign-up link from Kevin, and don’t forget a helmet and a drink.
For ‘Big Kids’, the format will be similar to previous years – starting at 4pm and involving a couple of different races. Sign on is from 3.15pm and the course will be open for practice – anti-clockwise only – at around 330pm – when the Whizz Kids have finished with it. This will also be suitable for MTBs and gravel bikes if you’d like to give cyclocross a try.
Delicious food will be available from the Taste food van from about 4pm. You could even bring a picnic. Don’t miss out!
