Committee Meeting 6 December 2021

There was lots to discuss at this week’s Club Committee meeting, including finalising the 2022 Club Programme and Calendar (which will be a e-calendar for the first time, with a limited number of printed copies available), ‘wash up’ discussions on the recent AGM and Awards Dinner, and updates from across the range of club activities, including a presentation on the 2022 MacMillan Sportive from organiser Mark Chapman.

The Committee took the decision to make membership and club events free for all juvenile (12 to 16) riders for 2022, with any event levies being funded by the Club’s youth development fund.

Five new members (Claire Waterfield, Judith Rout, Roger Kockelburgh, Sarah Mee and Stuart Haycox) attended their first Committee meeting.
