Off-Road Bike ‘n’ Beer Rides Open for Business

Okay – there won’t be any beer for a few weeks yet, but we can dream…

Group rides are permitted again on 29 March, so it would be rude not to. The first post-lockdown ride with be from Great Bowden next Monday at 6pm. The planned route below is around 48km and will incorporate mainly gravel and quiet narrow tarmac with a little grass and will probably take around 2.5 hours .

See link to route (anti-clockwise) –

This will be suitable for all off-road bikes. Make sure you bring lights as sunset will be at 7.33pm, so it will be dark when we finish, as well as the normal puncture protection recommended for off-road riding such as tubeless tyres with sealant or self sealing inner tubes.

Please let us know if you’re coming by Sunday evening, so we can ensure that we can arrange additional ride groups if necessary – ideally through our WhatsApp group. To be added to our WhatsApp group please message Adrian Killworth or email your mobile number to offroad@wellandvalleycc.co.uk
