Whizz Kids TT

Hi all,

On Saturday we held the latest round of the Alden Electric racing league, the Time Trial aka the race of truth.

For the last few years we have held this at the New Parks cycle centre but we decided to try the pathway behind the leisure centre bumps. This is a 300m long run of smooth tarmac with a slight up hill and a small bend hiding the finish.

As is the magic of whizz kids we had Ophelia first off on her balance bike sporting a princess dress whilst at the back a super competitive set of 10 and 12 years olds scrapping for every second.

Huge thanks to parents Richard, Alex and Andrew for TT duties and Kevin and Sophie for time keeping.
