Starting numbers:

Missed the sign up? You can sign on at the HQ. There will be a rider briefing at 6pm with Roger Kockelbergh outside the HQ for anyone who wants it. Tea and amazing cakes courtesy of Angela await the riders on their return. Time for the ‘must dos’
- Card payment only, on the day (Members £5, Non-Members £6.)
- Front and rear lights and hard shell helmets are mandated by CTT (no lid no lights = no ride)
- Riders aged under 18 will need to fill in and bring along a filled in, signed and printed CTT Parental Consent Form and bring it along to their first race. No form, no ride. Email will not be accepted.
- Remember your Club Number ( we need it to give you the points you earn!)
CARD– LIGHTS (Front & Rear) – FORM (if under 18) – RACE
A quiet rural course – but requiring some careful riding at/before turns.
To note in your recce:
- Particular attention to possible traffic needed at the first turn left at the crossroads at the top of West Langton hill.
- Take a precautionary or “high line” around bends in Church Langton and Tur Langton so that any traffic approaching from the rear has clear sight of you.
- After Tur Langton there is a well-surfaced but steep descent.
- The turn in Three Gates is sharper than 90 degrees, so take care.
- The descent to the sharp left in Kibworth Harcourt is fast and parked traffic on the right as you enter the village makes the road narrow. Be mindful of parked cars and particularly of traffic coming towards you before you make the turn to the finish before Tur Langton.
