Time to get your hands on some new club kit

Kit Officer Hans van Nierop has opened a Club Kit window so new kit can be ordered.

Orders should be made directly to Hans van Nierop at the following address sales@vanellicycling.com .  Once the ordering window has closed – currently planned for 8th February – an invoice will be sent for each order (so please ensure your email address is correct), a seven-day window will be open for payment.  Payment will be direct to VANELLI, not WVCC.  If payment is not received within the seven-day payment window, your order will be cancelled and you will not receive your goods.

As usual, orders are subject to a minimum quantities being achieved.  Should minimum quantities not be achieved, you will be notified before any payments are made.

The sizing guide can be found at https://vanellicycling.com/sizing/ , however Vanelli does hold sizing samples for club members to try on and ensure they choose the correct size.  Please contact Hans to arrange trying on sample kit.  It is always recommended to try kit on as products are non refundable.

Vanelli also have a new, improved Racesuit.  This is a new cut, with newer fabrics.   This replaces the current Evoline racesuit that has been supplied previously.  If you are thinking about getting a new racesuit, then it would be recommended to try on a sample.

The price list and order sheet can be found WVCC Price List Jan 26  (this will open a separate spreadsheet).  The prices include VAT, so there are no more calculations needed other than a total order figure.  The order form should be completed, saved and emailed to sales@vanellicycling.com .  (Note the ‘Minimum Qty’ column is for office use only, not for individual orders).
