Whizz Kids 19em Tour de Welland

Hi Whizz Kids, after the “coaches special” session last time you are cordially invited to join us on Saturday July 26th for the 19th running of the Tour de Welland, one of our monument events.  The first edition was held back in 2007 to celebrate the Grand Départ of the Tour de France, which that year was in London and the event has been on the calendar every year since then.  Also, like the other tour, we move locations year on year and this year we return to the location of the 2em edition, the bomb store at the old RAF Husbands Bosworth Airfield.  The afternoon will be a series of races on the old service roads with the prologue starting at 2:00pm and other stages during the afternoon, and we aim to finish at around 3:30pm.  We also welcome the return of the Whizz Kids Cafe with cake etc after the event.
