It was another scorching night on the Kibworth course as 21 riders enjoyed the sunshine in the second of four consecutive Tuesday nights at Kibworth.

Once again Hans Van Nierop was dominant at 21:26 followed by Jonathan Durnin who broke into the 21 minute bracket on the Kibworth course for the first time with 21:56, and Rocko’s Adam Wells being third fastest on the night with 22:11 and Phil Rayner being third placed WVCC rider with 22:37Fastest women was Milly Pinnock, sneaking under 26 minutes (25:59), with Daniel McDonnell (23:43) fastest road bike.

It was Austin Smith’s first gig as a Lead Marshal, and a very well organised event it was too.

Thanks to David, Michael, Rob and Kevin for marshaling and timekeepers George, Dave and John – the event couldn’t take place without your help.

Angela yet again sustained us with her excellent post ride refreshments.
