New Venue for Whizz Kids

Hi all,

We are always willing to try new things at Whizz Kids, some are works of genius…others less clever. So when we had a chance of trying a new venue we jumped at it.

I first met up with farmer Gerald at his field behind the Husbands Bosworth glider club on a very cold and wet March day but instantly saw the potential as he span me around in his Land Rover. Saturday was a lot drier and a lot warmer and the field turned out perfect.

It was a test event for all of us but paramount was the safety and enjoyment of the Kids and whilst the coaches learnt an awful lot I think we got the basis of some great future sessions.

A special thanks to Gerald and Ed for letting us use the facilities, thanks to Kev, Ian and Jade and thanks for support and patience of the parents.
