Whizz Kids Racing

Hi all,

On Saturday we held the last race in our Alden Electric league which is a season long run of events over various disciplines. This time we were in cyclocross action utilising the course at Misterton set out for the cross league being held on the following day.

After a walk through briefing over the course, brilliantly lead by Rory and Nate (old hands on the circuit) our 16 kids took part in 3 races each getting longer in length each time.

Once again it was fantastic to see such a great age range in our riders from our contingent in the under six category to our under 14 (youth development) riders.

As ever a huge thanks to Mrs Craven for the use of the grounds and to Kevin Mills and team for the setting of the course. Thanks also to Kev N, Jade and Ian for all their work on Saturday and the racing through the year.

See you all soon.
