Super Strong Cyclists

Well we’re maybe not all super strong yet, but those who enjoyed Anne’s Pilates sessions over the last 6 weeks certainly know we’re on our way.

The Archway House evenings were very well supported and hugely appreciated. Our thanks go to Anne; an excellent teacher, patient, supportive and insightful. I found it  interesting that there was so little chatter amongst us, we were all concentrating on what Anne was saying and demonstrating. Then, when doing the exercises ourselves, our brains and bodies were fully engaged -no spare energy for chat!

A few comments (from after the sessions!) :

I hadn’t realised the importance of keeping my body and joints aligned

Such good training

I’ve started some good habits I intend to keep for life

I really enjoyed that

 

So thank you for all your time and effort with us Anne. Next time we see you on The Square, loosening up your shoulder joints before a club run, we’ll join in!
