Your favourite cycling club needs a favour. We’re putting together the Welland Valley calendar of events for 2025 – and there’s a big decision to be made.

For the past 20 years WVCC has staged summer circuit racing for members to gain experience and confidence. For many club members this has been their first opportunity to experience racing in a bunch in as safe and supportive an environment as possible.

Our Summer Race Nights at Mallory have been running for two years and have proved a big hit with some club members….but not others. 

It’s an expensive event to stage and the numbers racing fell significantly this year.

Therefore, we need to hear your views on Mallory to decide the event’s future.

In particular, we want to hear from club members who have NEVER raced at Mallory or only raced in 2023.
