It’s the Great North Run this weekend

It’s the Great North Run on Sunday and one of the runners is our own Ben Brant who was an active Whizz Kid, young volunteer and coach. His sister Erin was also a Whizz Kid despite her disabilities and even took part in the Whizz Kids on her hand propelled trike which we helped raise money for.

Ben is now at University studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering but he is running the Great North Run where he is raising money for the Rainbows Hospice which gives respite care to his sister and her family.
