Online sign up for the last Kibworth 10, Tuesday 25th June (*run with our new start procedures – see below) closes at 6pm on Sunday.

NB 1 minute intervals, first rider away at 7.45 pm.

Card payment only, on the day (Members £5, Non-Members £6.)

Front and rear lights and hard shell helmets are mandated by CTT.
Under 18 riders will require a parental consent form for type B events, to be found on the CTT website. Please send to ttsec@wellandvalleycc.co.uk

Safety Notes

Riders are referred to previous posts about conduct at road traffic islands. You must give way to tyraffic from the right. Any rider reported to event officials for not giving way will be disqualified.

Additionally, at the Market Harborough island (the turn) there is a very deep pothole on the exit onto the A6 to return to Kibworth. The pothole has been clearly marked with yellow paint. Avoid at all costs.

Ride safely and enjoy the event.

Start Procedure

 

• Riders will be required to start in the layby at a specified angle which allows them to look back up the A6 towards Kibworth Harcourt.
• Riders may receive from the Start Assistant the command “STOP” if it is unsafe to join the road. Riders must not start if they are told to stop, starting only when the road is clear

NB Any delay suffered will be noted and deducted from a rider’s final time. 

Any rider who does not follow this procedure will be disqualified. No exceptions.
