A Descent Session

A bumper 29 riders met up for the latest Whizz Kids and Youth Development session on Saturday encouraged by the warm spring weather but discouraged by the ankle length grass, note to the council to get a flock of sheep.

Suitably assisted by Kevin Mills, Ian, Jade & Jon we split into 2 groups with my younger group working on our descending skills getting progressively steeper and braver drops whilst the older section practiced dismounting and shouldering their bikes.

As you would expect we got together for some team racing with a Grand National theme competition complete with jumps before Jade cracked open the biscuits.

Next session should be at Welland park but details will follow.
