Riding the Rollers

Monday night’s  youth coaching session at Desborough was inside on the rollers!

Nine riders came with only two confident enough to roll independently initially.

Lots of individual 1-1 then for the first half against the reassuring wall with help from all coaches present and roller specialist ‘Ruby Isaac’. Everyone soon started to get the hang of it and riders moved into the middle for a finishing spin session following challenges thrown down by Ruby. A very rewarding session to see the massive progression in such a short space of time. Watch out Ruby!
