Hilly Race Report

Today (Sunday) saw myself, Simon Askham and Michael Burke take the Leicester Road club Road Hilly TT (27 miles) with over 2300ft of climbing (according to Strava) it was a bright start with a southerly wind, which in my opinion was hard work at times. After messing up last year and going off too hard I had a different strategy this year and it paid off.
Michael rode to an amazing time of 1hr 10min to come 9th, with myself coming 16th and Simon 19th. Well done all.
