Know Your Number Please

We are referring to  your Welland Valley membership number. Many of you will have used your number so many times that you couldn’t possibly forget it whilst to others it’s a string of random numbers.

If you are taking any part in the club championship and riding time trials or the Bruntingthorpe series, then we are politely asking you to know your membership number, or to be able to access it quickly and easily. One way to do this is to include it as one of your contacts on your phone. You’ll need your number to sign on for an event either via Sign Up Genius online or in person on the day.

It’s important because every event you take part in gets you points in the club championship and those points need to be entered into a spreadsheet against the correct membership number. If the number is not already there, the job takes much, much longer. We are very grateful to Mike Ives who has produced this rather miraculous spreadsheet and keeps it up to date after each event. Let’s all help to make his job as easy as possible.
