Christmas Cycling

With many people getting a break from work, there should be time to get on the bike over the coming week even if there aren’t many formal club activities.

However we do have  the amazing and traditional Boxing Day 10 mile time trial – no sign up before hand, just turn up on the day.  Meet from 9am at Church Langton village hall with the first rider off at 10am. A great way to earn the mince pie that’s promised when you finish.

And a reminder that on Tuesday evenings you can enjoy a virtual time trial – but you have to supply your own mince pie.

More details about both these events can be found here: Boxing Day 10mile TT – Welland Valley Cycling Club (wellandvalleycc.co.uk)

There’s also a guided ride going out on Wednesday morning and the Friday steady club run will leave from The Square at 9.30am for a post Christmas stretch of the legs.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and joyful Christmas.
