A Whizz Kids afternoon out

We’re trying something completely new this Saturday afternoon for our next session and we’ll be having an away-day at the new Northampton Bike Park. It won’t be a coached session in the traditional sense but a chance to explore the trails that have been created on a disused golf course. I can’t give you any information first hand as the site only opened a couple of weeks ago and my visit on Saturday will also be my first so we’ll learn as we go however Ian & Jade, together with former Whizz Kid parent Chris have sent me glowing reports on the facility.

There are some site rules, one being that riders under 15 will need to be accompanied so it’s a family session, so get all the bikes out.

I’m looking to meet between 1:30 and 2pm and then go and explore. Slick tyres will be a disadvantage.
