LCXL Under 9s, under 12s and Youth report

Welland Valley Whizz Kids had a super morning at R2 of the LCXL at Western Park. Organised by Leicester Road Club and Leicester City Council, riders enjoyed dry and sunny conditions.

The Under 9s race was first up, Nate Durnin pipped George Bailey in a sprint for 5th place, with Daniel Hardwicke in 10th.

In the Under 12 race, Jacob Smith rode a strong race to finish 7th. Dan Holton was 16th, closely followed by Rory Harrison in 18th and Aubrey Elmer in 19th.

In the Youth race, Florrie Switzer came 3rd girl and 31st overall.
