Adrian Killworth sent this report after taking part in a 25 mile TT on Saturday.

He writes below…
“I competed in the Shaftesbury 25 mile middle markers TT on the A428 near Cambridge yesterday for riders with a fastest time of more than 56 minutes in the last three seasons. The course was changed from their normal course near Newmarket due to roadworks, but the course looked flat and fast. I’d done my last two 25m PBs in these events and was hoping to make myself ineligible for next years. This was my first open in over 18 months, and unfortunately I was a bit rusty and the recent cold weather had hampered my TT training. The course was 6 miles out and back twice into the wind on legs 2 and 4. I clocked 56:57 – 29 seconds slower than my PB”
