Good Friday Off-Road Bike ‘n’ Beer Ride

There’s still no beer afterwards, but the next ride will be from Welland Park cafe at 5pm tomorrow led by Richard Heald. Note the earlier start as it’s a bank holiday. The planned route below is around 45km and will incorporate some gravel tracks and some bridleways as things are drying out quickly. The ride is expected to take around 2.5 hours.

Make sure you bring lights for the Oxendon tunnel and in case we are delayed and don’t complete the ride in daylight. This will be suitable for all off-road bikes, but some form of puncture protection is recommended for our off-road rides such as tubeless tyres with sealant or self sealing inner tubes.

Please let us know if you’re coming by this evening, so we can ensure that we can arrange additional ride groups if necessary – ideally through our WhatsApp group. To be added to our WhatsApp group please message Adrian Killworth or email your mobile number to offroad@wellandvalleycc.co.uk
