Update on Club Activities: January 2021

Welland Valley CC has suspended all organised Club Activities.

This suspension will be reviewed as and when the national lockdown is lifted, and any local measures are relaxed.  As ever, WVCC will be following Government and governing body guidance.

This does not mean you should not ride your bike!  We are permitted to ride alone, with those in your household/support bubble, or with one person from another household. If you are riding with a person from another household, you must only ever ride as a pair. For example, two riders from the same household cannot ride in a group of three with a person from another household, unless all are part of the same support bubble.

So, again, let’s make sure we look after each other during this time. Reach out to club mates, and post your rides. If you have something to share with members and friends, drop us a line (news@wellandvalleycc.co.uk).

Zwift rides are happening at 730 PM each Tuesday for 45 minutes, drop Jon Durnin a line if you have not ridden these before and want an invitation (Chair@wellandvalleycc.co.uk).

Take care everybody, and if you are riding, please do ride safely and responsibly.

Jon Durnin, on behalf of the WVCC Committee
