Club runs Sunday 28th July

It’s the final day of the Tour de France on Sunday, so pop on your yellow (Welland Valley) jersey and join the weekly social club run.

Chris Dainty will lead the steady ride and John Welsford the even steadier ride.

We leave Square in MH at 9.15am; returning to the cafe in Welland Park for coffee and cake at c 11.30-11.45.
