Leicester Forrest 50 mile TT

Adrian Killworth and Jon Durnin contested the Leicester Forest CC 50 TT on Sunday. The A50/13 course follows the A46 from Sixhills to the outskirts of Newark, and as the riders prepared to set off from 7am, there was much talk of how hard the return leg was going to be, uphill with a tail wind. This proved to be true, with both Adrian and Jon reporting the course was very fast out, and brutal on the way back. Adrian stopped the clock with a 2:09:14, and Jon with 2:06:31.
