Don’t forget that its Club Night on Tuesday. As well as being entertained and amused by stories from the Club Archives, you can also pick up ordered Vanelli Club Kit if you have not done so already!
Did you know that it cost exactly the same amount for a senior to renew their club membership in 1988 as it did in 2019 (£10), but that in 1978 it cost 50p?  Â
Did you know that the first club run left the square in Market Harborough at 9:30 am on Sunday 10th July 1927, heading to Stratford-on-Avon, with tea at Leamington? Or that the last Market Harborough to Skegness Time Trial was held in 1994?
Welland Valley CC has a rich and at times entertaining history. Peter Riley and Jon Durnin will be presenting some highlights from the Club’s archives, and asking members about how best to capture and record the Club’s history, key people, and achievements.Â
730pm, 15th January 2019, at the Coach and Horses in Lubenham
