Window for ordering WVCC club kit opens

The next window for ordering WVCC club kit opens today.

After two years as Kit Officer, Carl Roberts, supported by Annette, is standing down.  The Committee is very grateful to Carl and Annette for everything they have done for the Club and its members in this role.

As previously, the kit will be provided by Vanelli, which is co-owned by Club member Hans van Nierop.  There are a couple of new things to point out though!

Firstly, Vanelli have now revamped their full kit range, with amended sizing to previous orders.  The sizing guide can be found at www.vanellicycling.com/sizing-guide .  Samples of the new kit will be available to try and to order at the Club’s AGM at Harborough Town Football Club on the evening of Tuesday 30 October 2018.

Secondly, the actual ordering process has changed.  Orders should be made directly to Hans van Nierop at the following address sales@vanellicycling.com .  Once the ordering window has closed – currently planned for 12 November 2018 – an invoice will be sent for each order (please ensure your email address is correct), a seven-day window will be open for payment.  Payment will be direct to VANELLI, not WVCC.  If payment is not received within the seven-day payment window, your order will be cancelled and you will not receive your goods.

As usual, orders are subject to a minimum quantity, but we are hopeful that the amount of interest shown by Club members in Vanelli’s product means that such minimums will be exceeded.

The price list/order sheet can be found here: WVCC_price_list_October_2018   . The prices reflect a discount for this first order from the new manufacturer, and include VAT, so there are no more calculations needed other than a total order figure.
