Getting ready for Round Robin #9 – the Lubenham 10
Welland Valley CC round 9 of the Round Robin TT series on the Lubenham Course on Tuesday 4 August. HQ Husbands Bosworth Memorial Hall, first rider off at 7pm, minute intervals.

Online entry closes Sunday evening at 9pm (yes you can sign on at HQ, but the TT team prefer Sign Up Genius to plan the event efficiently). If you sign up and then find you cannot do it, please let us know, as the cost of tippex has gone up.
It’s also another opportunity to enjoy tea and coffee, and of course Angela’s awesome cakes, have a chat and swap stories about the ride. It is going to be busy – please can we all help with returning cups and plates to the kitchen, and a bit of help with the washing up would be greatly appreciated.
To note in your recce: The turn at the roundabout at the top of Lubenham Hill needs care. The road is quite narrow. There can be slow traffic as riders go through Lubenham. There has been some resurfacing since we last raced on the course, but it has been compacted and is ridable.

Time for the ‘must dos’ for WVCC events
- Card payment only, on the day (WVCC Members and those from Round Robin Clubs £5, everyone else £6.)
- Front and rear lights and hard shell helmets are mandated by CTT (no lid no lights = no ride)
- Riders aged under 18 will need to fill in and bring along a filled in, signed and printed CTT Parental Consent Form and bring it along to their first race. No form, no ride. Email will not be accepted.
- Please indicate in ‘comments’ section if entering as a Road Bike.
- Remember your Club Number ( we need it to give you the points you earn!)
- Shout your number as you pass the finish!
