Whizz Kids on Saturday
Hi Whizz Kids, two things this time..
First, we’re finally back in action on Saturday for the first time this year after the extended Christmas and New year break and we’re starting our 23rd season with a skills session at Welland Park starting at 2:00pm. We aim to be done by 3:30pm at the latest but don’t be late as we have some of the awards from the December session that are ready for presenting before we get stuck in. These are medals and trophies for the Alden Electrical Racing league from last year and it would be good to get as many as possible with the worthy winners. Youngsters will be on the tarmac for the session, but older Whizz Kids will spend some on sticky grass, so slick tyres not recommended.
Secondly, this is a reminder that I sent out a message around New Year concerning our membership refresh that is currently being done. If you have already re-registered (and many of you have) thank you, if you haven’t done so yet please check the WhatsApp group or email on what we need you to do to continue to be involved in Whizz Kids in 2026.
