Come Celebrate

Join the celebration this Saturday. 

All club members and their families are welcome to join our Celebration Evening at Harborough’s Rugby club  from 6.30pm.   You’ll be able to

• Congratulate our award winners and maybe pick up an award yourself
• Learn from Ruby Isaac how she became both junior road race champion and junior hill climb champion this year
• Try on club kit and maybe order yourself a new jersey for next year
• Hear how Julian Middleton took on the Tour de France
• Find a bargain at  the Bring and Buy table where actually quite a number of times will be free in return for a donation to the club. Don’t forget to bring along any cycling paraphernalia others might be interested in buying from you.
• Take part in a cycling themed quiz or two. You might know your top tube from your seat stay but how well do you know the our local cafes?
• Spend time  with all your cycling friends and plan some more cycling adventures.
• Enjoy a drink or two from the licensed bar.

If you haven’t already booked food for the evening, it’s now too late. But you’re still welcome to come along and join in the fun.

If you have booked food but haven’t yet paid then please transfer the money as soon as possible! £15 per adult, £5 for Whizz Kids. If possible,  transfer your payment by BACS (Welland Valley CC, 30-95-96 and 17673460)

The evening will finish at around 10pm, so you can get plenty of rest before Sunday’s club run.

Getting to the venue.

The post code is LE16 9HF. Take the roundabout on Northampton Road, take the turning that leads into the leisure centre.  Then turn left and drive past the entrance to Two Shires Medical Centre and into the car park also on the left. At the back of this car park, you’ll find the entrance to the rugby club with it’s own large car park.
