Firework Display 🎇🎆

Hi all,

When it comes to a coaching session I often get something in my mind that is spectacular, a cycling work of art, so on Saturday I had a vision of creating a rocket going into the air with the Whizz Kids. I explained to Kev who ever the optimist said “let’s give it a go” behind a rueful smile whilst Sophie simply said “no, I don’t see that”

Undaunted, whilst Kevin worked with the youngsters, I choreographed the older riders into the head of the rocket each riding slowly for 100 meters before sprinting off in four directions.

When we all got together the younger guys form the body to make an amazing explosion all captured superbly by big and little Dave, the drones piloted by Jade who later edited the footage into a fantastic video.

I think if I am honest, the result was sketchy, but I don’t care, it made me happy !!
