Mudlarking

Mudlarks is starting on 10th September
It’s that time of year and the cross season is upon us, so we will be starting regular Wednesday evening cyclocross training sessions 7pm on 10th September. The first session will be at the far end of Harborough Leisure Centre playing fields, beyond the football pitches: What 3 words ///funded.snowboard.gazette
For those who have not been before, Mudlarks is a 1 hour session offering a mix of skills and fitness training on Wednesday evenings running through to Christmas. There is a focus on preparing for the cyclocross season but it is great for improving all off road skills and keeping that hard won fitness through the year.
All are welcome but you will need an off-road bike (MTB, CX, Gravel), lights and a helmet. We try and cater for all standards and ages but for under 14’s that haven’t been before, please have a word with Simon (Ward) or Kevin (Mills) beforehand.
There is no need to book, just turn up (on time!), work hard, and get muddy.
