Round Robin #6 at Wymeswold, and looking forward to Round Robin #7 at Wolvey!

Tuesday night saw 28 riders sign on for the sixth round of the Round Robin Series, organised by Leicester Forest CC on the new Wymeswold 10 course.  A rolling course, with a long climb into a headwind saw Speedhub’s Carl Shaw go fastest with 23:15, followed by Jamie Haines from Melton Olympic, and Ratae’s Alex Whitmore.  Linda Hubbard was fastest woman, with 28:56

James Moore was the fastest WVCC rider with 24:18, closely followed by Hans Van Nierop and Jamie Kershaw.

Thanks to the Team at Leicester Forest CC for a cracking event and a warm welcome.

The next Round Robin event (#7)is on Tuesday 26th August, hosted by our friends at Hinckley Cycle Racing Club on the Wolvey course.  This always a well organised event with a warm welcome, and a classic out and back 10 TT course, all the details are here:
