Been great to see so many new members at the club runs in recent weeks. We’ve groups riding at four different speeds so there should be a welcoming group for everyone. We depart The Square in Market Harborough at 9.15am prompt!

The Breeze ride in the afternoon explores Hare Pie and Bottle Kicking country. The women only guided ride leaves Great Bowden village green at 1.30pm. At the time of writing there are still places available and you can sign up here if you’d like to join us.

Tuesday 12th

The WhizzKids Roadrunner 2022 series kicks off this evening at Bruntingthorpe at around 6.30pm. This exciting series of races runs over seven weeks and there should be races in three different age groups each night.   Sounds fantastic!

Tuesday also sees the first of the 10 mile timetrials held at part of the Bruntingthorpe season. These are perfect for those new to cycling as well as for old hands. See if you can set your personal best in a supportive, friendly, traffic free environment.  You can enter here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080a4ca8ab2aa5f94-bruntingthorpe3

Our first British Cycling supported Guided Ride goes out Tuesday evening. Guided rides are for novice cyclists of any gender. This one is fully booked but watch out for more in the future.

Thursday 14th

Our chain gangs are proving very popular with more and more people joining in. We’ve groups catering for a variety of speeds so why not join in the fun?  Meet as usual at outside Church Langton village hall for a 6.30pm start.
