Club Runs: Saturday a No……Sunday GO GO GO!

Registration is open now for the Sunday Club Run – taking place come rain or shine.

We’re out at four speeds (fast, brisk, steady and v steady) and new members / club run first-timers are most welcome.

Book your place by emailing Chris.dainty@hotmail.c.uk  by 6pm on Saturday. Chris will also be happy to answer any questions re groups / speeds etc.

We leave the Square at 9.15am prompt.
