February Club Night – First Aid on the ride
For February’s Club we welcome Gerrard Brooks, from MJB First Aid Services, who will be sharing some first aid tips for riders. Gerrard is a long time friend of the Club, and provides first aid support at many of our events.
730 PM, Monday 17th February, The Coach & Horses, Lubenham
The evening will focus on first aid whilst out on the bike, and will include:
- Knowing your route
- Knowing your fellow riders
- CPR
- Recovery position
- How to monitor your casualty & what info to gather for paramedics
