Hannah storms storm Hannah

Hannah storms storm Hannah is an appropriate headline for this afternoons Whizz Kids racing league (supported by Aldens Electrical) event held near Harborough Leisure Centre. Thanks to our friends at Met Éireann, the Irish Met Service who named the current storm after one of our riders the conditions were on the good side of challenging but thankfully the rain held off as our Whizz Kids got to get the feel of Deans lumps and bumps. The course used the berms and banks that tested several core skills and the breeze added to the endurance factor with the older Whizz Kids using an extended course. The course made for some fast racing and each riders had three races during the afternoon. Thanks today to Dean for organising, to Ben, Ian and Jade for making the event run. Thanks also to the parents, especially those who happily joined in the impromptu cross country running event to make sure our younger riders got around safely.

The race results will follow courtesy of Ian a little later but the first result we can announce is the Barnett Sweepstake and the winner is…Dean

See you all soon!
