Pump up the volume (in your tyres) as MARRS sang in 1987, because Welland Valley’s TT season is about to explode into life.
This Saturday sees the opening fixture of 2019, with a five mile leg-stretcher from Stockerston to Medbourne.
Race HQ is the village hall in Medbourne, which will be open from 1pm.
First rider is off at 2pm, which means competitors will need to leave 10-15 minutes to get to the startline.
Anyone who would like an early start number (maybe because you’re worried unnecessarily about keeping the timekeeepr waiting), please send an email to TT secretary firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort something out.
Finally, don’t forget we are running separate competitions this year for riders of both TT rigs and road bikes (men and women), so there’s really no excuse not to give it a go.
