Welland Valley CC members will be going D-I-Z-Z-Y with excitement at the prospect of an action packed wonderstuff’ed weekend!
17 (over quarter of the entire field) WVCC members are on the start sheet for Saturday’s NCRA Spring Series Road Race at Old, organised by Peterborough Cycling Club and NCRA. It is so great to see so many WVCC riders taking the energy, excitement and camaraderie from club rides and races and the recent training rides to the start line. Good luck to you all.
On Sunday it is Round 1 of the Club’s 2022 TT Championship, a 9.5 hardrider TT at Medbourne. Online entry closes midday Saturday HQ is Medbourne Village Hall, first rider off at 9 am. Details of all the events, and maps etc can be found on the website.
WVCC really will be “going round in circles all the time”
And of course that is by no means all!
- Saturday’s muddy adventures comprise of an off road ride led by Gavin Timmins, leaving at 8 am from Farndon Fields shop.
- The Whizz Kids are back at Welland Park for a training session on Saturday afternoon, starting at 2pm, dialling in those skills and having lots of fun.
- And last but no means least its the Club Runs on Sunday. 915 from The Square.
