Hi all,
Every week since September Kev Mills has put together a top notch cyclo cross training session so this week, as it is my last before Christmas, he gave me a few minutes of the evening to try a couple of mad games.
I kicked off with a game of bicycle scrabble where the riders have to put in a sprint effort when a letter tile was pulled from the bag matching one from your name. As it is played with your full name, Hans especially found this fun.
Kev then put the guys through the paces on a fantastic course with some longer efforts and handicap races before finishing up with my game, preparing the vegetables for my Christmas dinner!
This was a relay based game where teams had to transport a selected vegetable around the course to their saucepan for cooking. Race two was collecting a mix of the greens and bringing them back to the dinner plate and finishing with carrying an expensive glass of champagne.
Mr Durnin and my own daughter, Sophie, were both very suspect with the rules so are now on the naughty list.
