Hi all,
On Saturday we ran the latest round of the Alden Electrical racing league using the fantastic course set out by Adrian Kilworth and team ahead of the cross race on Sunday.
After our normal “walk through” safety briefing we ran 3 races, a forest dash, 2 one lap efforts for the younger guys and a one lap and two lap effort for the olders.
As ever the parents that had dared to bring their bikes were roped into a relay race although I had to bribe the kids to be on Alex’s team and poor Rob bitterly disappointing his team (his own kids!) with his performance.
A huge thanks to team Ward, Debbie and Sophie for helping. Thanks to Killa for allowing us on to the course (although we flatten the grass) and as ever a huge, continued thanks to Mrs Craven for allowing use to us the grounds.
