Winter returned to the Gilmorton TT course, as riders gathered for the second spring TT on Saturday organised by our friends at Ratae RC.
Welland Valley’s testers always enjoy these races to start off the season – a warm welcome, the ‘best pusher off’er in the business‘ and a course that has a bit of everything.
Despite the cold and a north easterly wind (opposite to what is needed for a quick day), it was a dry and bright day (made even better by Club President George cheering us on again at the Pavillion and then at the ‘Col de Windmill’).
Phil Rayner was fastest overall clocking 25:00, with Jonathan Durnin second with 25:08, and Linda Hubbard fastest woman at 28:12.
