Forget the Tour, WVCC are hosting the 9th round of the FNSS on 7 July at Spanhoe Airfield.

Spanhoe Airfield is situated high above the Welland Valley on Deene Road east of Harringworth – What3Words ///cycle.begun.stupidly (yes really!) – the nearest postcode is NN17 3AT, but is in Laxton nearly a mile further east. If you have an MTB please come along and give it a go. It would be good to see as much yellow as possible on the start line. The race will start at 7.15pm, but please allow time to sign on and do a lap beforehand. As it is a working airfield the car park will not be opened until 5.30pm and the course will not be open for practice until 6pm, to avoid any conflict with planes landing. No riding is permitted at any other times other than on the bridleway.
