I’ve been lucky enough to get a place at Ride London this year. It’s a 100 mile sportive on closed roads starting on The Embankment, ending on Tower Bridge and, at its furthest point, almost reaching my home town of Braintree.
To say I’m excited is a bit of an understatement, I’m super, super excited! I’ve never ridden 100 miles before and although I’m confident that I can, you never actually know until you do it. It is in Essex though so there really aren’t too many hills to slow me down.
