National Trophy
Dom Switzer rode in Round 4 of the National Trophy at York Sport village, a fantastic facility with a cycle circuit and an outdoor 250m velodrome. After a blisteringly fast 800m sprint start on the cycle circuit the course took a tight hairpin before making great use of the steep banking on the outside of the velodrome to create a series of long cambers that persistent rain had made unrideable. Lots of running, slipping, sliding and crashing in the mud ensured a brutal race. Dom probably had one fall too many to get a result he wanted, but rode strongly in the tough conditions to finish 24th.

Round 10 was hosted by JCA-Equipe Velo in Swanbourne.
