Every second counts

Louis Jakobson made it two wins out of two in the Eastern MTB series – Mud, Sweat and Gears – Youth race.
In freezing temperatures, but no lying snow, the Welland rider made a great start on the Henham Park course.
Henham is a new venue for the series and features fast woodland sections and open parkland. With no real elevation, it was a case of sprinting in and out the corners to smash the race to bits.
Louis and Sam Trotter, St Ives CC, did just that as these two riders dominated the 3 lap youth race. It came down to a sprint with Louis taking the victory by 1 second.
